Helping Families Heal, Reconnect, and Thrive

Elizabeth Wilson is Hispanic, bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a burden to help individuals, couples, and families heal, and restore their relationships so they can heal and transform their generation one family at a time.

My mission is to help change this generation one family at a time by empowering individuals and families to create meaningful and lasting change.

Faith, Counseling Philosophy & Mission

For over 19 years, I have served my church community through women's, youth, marriage, parenting, and counseling ministries. I also offer Christian counseling for clients seeking to integrate faith with therapy.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My goal is to help individuals, couples, and families gain insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and overcome challenges. Together, we work toward healing, emotional well-being, and lasting personal and relational growth.
